1. General Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DRIPELY website and the purchase of products from DRIPELY, operated by Patrycja Kawałczewska ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and we strive for accuracy, but minor variations may occur.
Prices are displayed in PLN for Poland and EUR for other regions and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment providers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are detailed on our Shipping & Delivery page. We ship to Poland, EU countries, and select international destinations.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to contact@dripely.com within the 14-day period.
You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.
We will refund all payments received from you, including original shipping costs (excluding any extra costs if you chose expedited shipping), within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of return.
6. Warranty and Defects
All products come with a statutory warranty as required by Polish and EU law. If a product is defective or does not conform to the description, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by law.
To report a defect, contact us at contact@dripely.com with your order number and description of the issue within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of DRIPELY and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts, except where EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms
