Return and Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

At DRIPELY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any product for a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to all products in our store, including our MagSafe bottles, insulated bottles, and accessories.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Contact us at returns@dripely.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization within 48 hours
  4. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship the items back to the address provided in our return instructions

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • There was an error with your order

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item so we can arrange prepaid shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will:

  1. Inspect the products to ensure they meet our return conditions
  2. Process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return
  3. Refund the full purchase price, including original standard shipping costs (if applicable)
  4. Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different color, size, or model, please contact us at contact@dripely.com. We'll help arrange an exchange based on product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@dripely.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Products that have been personalized or customized
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@dripely.com
