Do I need a MagSafe case to use Dripely?
No, you don't! While MagSafe cases work great out of the box, every Dripely order comes with a free adhesive magnetic ring. You can stick this ring to the back of any phone case (Android or iPhone) to make it instantly compatible and ensure a rock-solid hold.
My phone feels loose on the magnet. What should I do?
This usually happens if your case is too thick or doesn't have built-in magnets. Use the extra magnetic ring included in your box. Peel and stick it to the back of your case—this creates a direct metal-to-magnet connection that is significantly stronger than the phone's internal magnet alone.
Does it work with Android or older iPhones?
Yes! Since we include an universal magnetic booster ring with every purchase, you can turn any smartphone into a Dripely-compatible device. Just attach the ring to the back of your phone or case.
What comes with my order?
You will receive your selected Dripely bottle or bag, the leak-proof lid (for bottles), and a complimentary extra magnetic ring. This ring can be applied to your phone case to maximize the magnetic strength and stability while you film or train.
How do I apply the extra magnetic ring?
For the strongest hold, clean the back of your phone case with an alcohol wipe, let it dry, and peel the backing off the ring. Stick it to the center of your case and press firmly. We recommend waiting 10 minutes for the adhesive to set before snapping it onto your bottle.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
